Warwick Advance At Eastern Championships

The second day of the 2026 Eastern Interscholastic Swimming & Diving Championships featured additional final qualifications for Bermuda athletes competing at the Kunkel Aquatic Center in Pennsylvania.

Warwick Academy secured two more relay final appearances. The women’s 400-yard freestyle relay team of Jorgia White, Allison Steynor, Elena Bortoli and Elanna Fulton recorded a time of 4:02.12 to qualify 20th.

The men’s 400-yard freestyle relay team of Axel Wernbo, Noah Fulton, Jamie MacFarlane and Logan Jones finished in 3:24.87 to qualify 19th, completing relay final qualifications for the team across the first two days of competition.

In individual events for Warwick Academy, Logan Jones placed 25th in the men’s 100-yard freestyle in 48.39 seconds, while Zachary Johnson also competed. In the women’s 100-yard freestyle, Elanna Fulton finished 39th ahead of Elena Bortoli.

In the women’s 500-yard freestyle, Jorgia White placed 26th, followed by Sofia Leclerc. In the men’s race, Noah Fulton and Jacob Leclerc finished 52nd and 53rd, respectively.

Allison Steynor placed 53rd in the women’s backstroke, while Cameron Duda finished 58th in the men’s event. Jamie MacFarlane also competed in the men’s 100-yard breaststroke.

Relay finals and the women’s 500-yard freestyle final were scheduled later in the session.
