Watson-Brown Helps GW Teams To Second Place

Bermudian swimmer Logan Watson-Brown and her George Washington University teammates concluded their regular-season schedule with a dual meet against Penn State this weekend. The Colonials were defeated 180–97.

Watson-Brown contributed to the Women’s 200 Yard Medley Relay, leading off the GW “A” team to a second-place finish in 1:43.10.

In individual events, she finished second in the Women’s 100 Yard Backstroke with a time of 56.31 seconds, improving on her 57.47-second performance against Towson earlier this month. She also placed fourth in the Women’s 100 Yard Freestyle, recording a time of 52.00 seconds.

Watson-Brown swam the third leg of the Women’s 400 Yard Freestyle Relay, helping the GW “A” team to another second-place finish in 3:26.43.
