Thomas McBain Wins Optimist Trials Title
Thomas McBain won Bermuda’s Optimist Dinghy Association selection trials after four days of racing.
McBain topped the standings after 12 races, finishing ahead of Rex Henagulph in second, with Heath Meyers third.
Elaine Jones was named top female sailor, while Mason Portelli won the mid-fleet division.
The trials determined Bermuda’s team for the World, European and South American championships.
