Rally On The Rock Tournament Opens
The 2026 Rally on the Rock Tournament opened at the WER Joell Tennis Stadium, highlighting the continued growth of pickleball in Bermuda as multiple divisions completed play on the opening day.
Joshua Arnold won the Men’s Singles 5.0+ Open title, while Nathaniel Alexander claimed the Men’s Singles 4.0+ Open division. Gary Perry secured first place in the Men’s Singles 3.0 Open 60+ category.
In women’s doubles, Patricia Mills and Sasha Fisher won the 4.5+ Open division, and Leslie Jackson and Maclean Smith took the 4.0+ Open 50+ title. Victoria Powell and Val Stevenson won the 3.5 Open 50+ division, while Sue Chiappa and Karen Patricia Brine claimed the combined 60+ and 65+ title. Tracy Shott and Deborah Sagurs won the 3.0 Open 50+, 60+, and 65+ division.
In the 35+ divisions, Febby Budi won the Men’s Singles 3.0 title, and Donn Trott won the Men’s Singles 3.5 Open. Olivia Langille and Tschana Wade captured the Women’s Doubles 3.0 Open 35+ title.
Albert De Matas won the Men’s Singles 3.5 Open for the combined 50+ and 60+ groups. The tournament continues with mixed doubles events scheduled next.
