Easter Sunday Brunch – April 5th
“At the heart of the celebrations is a special Easter buffet brunch at Huckleberry, the hotel’s brasserie known for its relaxed atmosphere and thoughtful take on classic dishes. The brunch will feature an abundant spread including freshly baked pastries and mini hot cross buns, charcuterie and cheese boards, seafood selections such as blueberry gravlax and sushi, and a made-to-order egg station.
“Guests can also enjoy heartier dishes from the hot buffet, including roasted chicken with red pepper jus, blackened catch with citrus velouté, and spring vegetables. A carving station with roast leg of lamb will add a traditional Easter touch, while a dessert selection featuring carrot cake, chocolate tarts, fruit tartlets and Huckleberry’s signature lemon and strawberry cake promises to end the meal on a sweet note.

“For those planning to celebrate Easter at home, Huckleberry’s bakery will also be offering a special Easter collection available for pre-order and pick-up. The menu includes classic and vegan hot cross buns, cod fishcakes with tartar sauce, jackfruit cakes with vegan tartar, and seasonal pastries.
“One of the highlights this year is the Vanilla Cupcake Bouquet, a beautifully decorated arrangement of cupcakes designed to resemble a bouquet of spring flowers — a playful centrepiece that’s almost too pretty to eat.
