Conor White Impresses In Rutland Race
Bermuda’s Conor White finished close to the leaders at the 2026 Rutland–Melton CiCLE Classic after a demanding race across the East Midlands.
The 187-kilometres event, known for its gravel sectors and steep climbs, split apart in the final 40 km as a small group moved clear.
Otto van Zanden won the race in 5hr 06min 03sec in Oakham, holding off a late chase.
White, riding for Jakroo Handsling Racing, stayed with the main chasing groups over the closing circuits around Melton Mowbray and Oakham.
He finished in 5:07:27.
