Christian Ebbin & Tulane Win Championships
Bermudian sailor Christian Ebbin helped lead the Tulane Green Wave to victory at the SEISA Open Team Race Conference Championship, as the team completed the regatta with an unbeaten record.
Racing in mid-70s temperatures with a southeasterly breeze, competitors began in 7-10 knot winds that strengthened into the mid-teens during the afternoon, shifting to the east-southeast and creating challenging conditions on the water.
Ebbin and his teammates remained consistent throughout, producing a 9-0 record in FJ boats to secure the conference title without a loss.
Texas A&M finished second with a 5-4 record, while Texas A&M University at Galveston placed third at 4-5.
