Jamin Hodgkins Makes Debut For Marlins
Bermudian rugby union player Jamin Hodgkins made his debut as Manly Marlins opened their Shute Shield campaign with a 35-34 defeat to Hunter Wildfires at Newcastle No 2 Sports Ground at the weekend.
The fly-half, who kicked seven points, featured in a closely contested match, with Manly edged out by a single point.
The Marlins host Northern Suburbs at Manly Oval, New South Wales, Australia, on Saturday [April 18].
The Shute Shield is New South Wales’ premier club competition, and Hodgkins will look to use the season to push for a return to the Canada national rugby union team ahead of the 2027 Rugby World Cup in Australia.
