‘True’ Wins 2026 Antigua Bermuda Sailing Race
‘True’ claimed victory in the 2026 Antigua Bermuda Sailing Race, crossing the finish line off Bermuda’s East End on Tuesday morning [May 5].
Race organizers said blustery winds and several tactical tacks shaped the final stages of the 935-nautical-mile ocean race from Antigua to Bermuda.
“True’ crossed the line at precisely 8:00 a.m. AST, winning IRC and CSA honours on corrected time,” the organizers said. “Scowling Dragon’ was close behind, finishing 1:03 later.”
A total of seven boats are competing in this year’s Antigua Bermuda Race, and as of this writing two of them have finished, with five still en route.
