“The new sites:

catering.miles.bm – Offers an online catering platform for Miles Market. The site allows customers to browse a wide range of chef-prepared dishes, select quantities, and place catering orders online for pickup or delivery. It offers customizable menus for private parties, corporate events, and weddings, making it easy to arrange high-quality food and catering services for events across Bermuda.

events.thewaterfront.bm – Over the course of the year, 22 events were held across Harry’s and The Cloud, including themed wine dinners featuring Argentine, Italian, Chilean, and Californian selections, as well as specialty evenings such as Taittinger Champagne, whiskey cruises, and Beer + Brisket. Seasonal highlights included three Rosé Summer Sips, a Clambake, and a Sunday Roast, alongside interactive experiences like Sip and Paint and two wreath-making workshops. In addition, Harry’s hosted eight exclusive wine dinners and lunch events, further strengthening its wine-focused programming. Together, these events delivered a well-rounded mix of culinary experiences, social gatherings, and interactive workshops.

pwmarine.bm – Through pwmarine.bm, customers can explore available boat models in greater detail, browse marine parts and lifestyle gear, and learn about services such as boat maintenance, repairs, storage, and engine servicing. The new eCommerce functionality allows payment of service invoices and purchase of featured products online for click-and-collect, with plans to expand this in the future. PW Marine has also taken over Mills Creek marine which now operates the marina and offers expert support and maintenance for boat owners, making it a one-stop resource for boating and marine needs in Bermuda.

curated.miles.bm – is an online gifting and lifestyle platform created by Miles Market that offers thoughtfully assembled flowers, gourmet hampers, and specialty gifts for a variety of occasions. The site also features The Epicurean Club, a monthly wine club offering The Discoverer and The Voyager, which pair hand-selected wines with gourmet food items and tasting notes curated by in-house experts. Overall, the platform brings together Miles Market’s wine, food, and gifting expertise to create high-quality experiences for celebrations, gifting, and food discovery in Bermuda.

“And Waterfront Man [Online] is coming soon, with click-and-collect.

“Developed as part of a wider FY26 ecommerce strategy, the platforms provide a seamless online experience across Waterfront’s brands while creating a scalable foundation for new products, services, and digital eCommerce initiatives.

“The new websites were designed and developed with Socialprise with one goal in mind: making it easier for customers to browse, order, and engage with Waterfront’s services.

“Each platform offers a streamlined user experience that allows customers to explore catering options, plan events, shop curated products, or access marine services in a simple, safe, secure and intuitive way.

“By bringing these offerings online in a clear and accessible format, the sites also help raise awareness of Waterfront’s diverse portfolio and the services available to Bermuda residents and businesses.

“A key component of the rollout is the integration of secure digital payments via Butterfield Bank, providing customers with a trusted, secure checkout experience.

“The payment infrastructure reduces manual processing for internal teams, enhances security, and simplifies the client experience, while also reducing the risk of fraud.

“The shift to digital ordering also supports improved operational workflows, enabling staff to focus more on service delivery and customer experience while reducing manual administration.

“The five platforms form the foundation of Waterfront’s FY26 ecommerce strategy, which focuses on performance optimisation, brand awareness, and customer engagement and experience.

“Socialprise continues to work alongside the Waterfront team to deliver ongoing enhancements, data-driven improvements, and ecommerce optimisation initiatives designed to strengthen online sales and product visibility.”
