Bermudian baseball player Adam Hall went 2-for-6 with two stolen bases to help the Winnipeg Goldeyes secure an 8-1 victory over the Lincoln Saltdogs at Haymarket Park, preventing a series sweep.

The game remained scoreless until the top of the fifth inning when Winnipeg’s Max Murphy singled to left field, driving in Roby Enríquez.

The Goldeyes extended their lead in the sixth inning. Kevin García hit a lead-off home run to right field. Ray-Patrick Didder and Ramón Bramasco later scored following a Lincoln fielding error with two outs.

Lincoln scored its only run in the bottom of the sixth inning on a two-out solo home run to left field by Cary Arbolida.

Winnipeg scored four runs in the seventh inning. García hit an RBI single to right field to score Keshawn Lynch. After García stole second base, T.J. Schofield-Sam and Didder hit consecutive doubles to drive in another run. Bramasco then singled to left field to score Didder, bringing the final score to 8-1.
