Gavin Manders Wins Gold In Trinidad
Gavin Manders has won the gold medal in the Mixed Doubles Open at the Pickleball Paradise ANSA Bank Open in Trinidad.
Partnering with American Kristin Stepp, Manders advanced to the final with an 11-6 victory over Nathaniel Alexander and Kayla Teape in the semi-finals.
Manders and Stepp then defeated Trinidadian pair Joshua Arnold and Liselle James 15-13 in a closely contested final to secure the title.
The gold medal added to the silver Manders won in the Men’s Open Singles competition earlier in the tournament.
