One Communications Restores Service

One Communications said they can “confirm that broadband services have now been restored following the network outage that affected some customers across Bermuda.”

A spokesperson said, “Our teams continue to monitor and optimise performance as the network returns to full stability.

“We apologise for the disruption caused and acknowledge the frustration experienced by affected customers. A review of the incident is now underway, and we remain focused on delivering the reliable service our customers expect.

“We thank customers for their patience and understanding.”
