Police Urge Road Caution Due To Heavy Rain
The Bermuda Police Service is “urging all road users to exercise extra caution following the recent heavy rainfall, which has led to flooding in some areas and caused potholes to reopen in others.
A police spokesperson said, “Motorists are advised to drive with care, particularly when approaching areas where water has accumulated on the roadway. These conditions can lead to reduced traction and visibility of hazards. Please remain alert, maintain a safe following distance, and reduce your speed.”
