BUEI Launches Discover Hamilton Tour
The Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute has launched the Discover Hamilton Tour, a new guided experience combining its Ocean Discovery Centre with an e-bike tour of Hamilton, available daily through September 30, 2026.
A spokesperson said, “The Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute [BUEI] today announced the launch of the Discover Hamilton Tour, a new and exciting visitor experience developed in partnership with Pedego Electric Bikes Bermuda. Designed for residents and visitors alike, the Discover Hamilton Tour combines a guided exploration of BUEI’s Ocean Discovery Centre — one of Bermuda’s “must-see” visitor attractions — with an e-bike adventure around the island’s capital, creating a distinctive new way to discover Bermuda. Tours start daily at BUEI at 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. and are available now through 30 September 2026 as part of an introductory launch.
“For nearly three decades, BUEI has inspired curiosity by connecting people with Bermuda’s extraordinary marine environment and maritime heritage. The Discover Hamilton Tour builds on that spirit of discovery through this dynamic new partnership with Pedego Bermuda. Together, they create a seamless journey of discovery that begins at BUEI, continues through the historical streets of Hamilton, and explores the natural beauty of Admiralty House and Spanish Point — offering residents and overseas visitors a unique way to experience Bermuda.
“The journey starts with a 60-minute personal guided tour of BUEI’s Ocean Discovery Centre, where guests will explore Bermuda’s unique ocean environment and stories that have shaped the island’s relationship with the sea. Tour participants then receive a 30-minute e-bike safety orientation led by Pedego Bermuda’s trained guides before setting off on a 90-minute guided ride through Hamilton and its surrounding areas, returning to BUEI to conclude the experience.
