Conor White Competes In London Event
Bermudian cyclist Conor White claimed a runner-up finish and a top-five result during two days of racing at the South London Grand Prix at Herne Hill Velodrome in London.
White placed ninth in the men’s elite 10km scratch race before finishing thirteenth in the elimination race.
He returned to the track for the men’s omnium, producing his best individual result of the meeting by finishing second in the 10km tempo race behind Trinidad and Tobago’s Jadian Neaves.
He also placed eighteenth in the 10km scratch race, twenty-sixth in the elimination and tenth in the 25km points race, to end up fourteenth overall in the standings with 52 points.
