Teachers Rugby End-Of-Season Awards
Teachers Rugby Football Club recognised players and club members for their contributions during the season at their end-of-season awards celebration.
The event, held at The Docksider Pub and Restaurant, included the club’s annual general meeting, award presentations and raffles.
Jade Simons and Kelin Savanno-Williams were named Rookie of the Year, while C’Leisha Spence and Asher Wheddon received the Youth Player of the Year award.
Sammy Dill and Genesis Sampson were recognised as the Most Improved players.
Gendy Moreno Iglesias was named Forward of the Year and Jaiden Hill received the Back of the Year award.
Hadleigh Tucker and Sammy Dill won the Players’ Player award, which was voted for by the players on the night.
D’zuri Gill was named Club Member of the Year, while Lauren Rothwell and Jaime Furtado were awarded Player of the Year.
The club thanked their players, coaches, volunteers, supporters and sponsors for their contributions during the season.
