Youth Triathletes Impress In Iowa
Bermuda triathletes produced a series of strong performances at the Flatland Cup in Iowa, with Rory Shepherd leading the way by finishing third in the youth male race.
Riana Robinson placed ninth in the youth female event, while Gianluca Bortoli finished tenth in the junior male race and Elena Bortoli was tenth in the youth female race.
Competing against an international field, Bermuda’s other results included Carina Bortoli [42nd] and Maddy Schindel [48th] in the junior female division; Dylan Eiselt [16th] and Jasper Lau [41st] in the junior male race; and Rohan Roopra [11th] in the youth male event.
