Flora Duffy In Commonwealth Award Final
Dame Flora Duffy’s gold medal-winning performance at the 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast, Australia, has reached the final of the competition’s Greatest Moment award.
Duffy became the first Bermudian woman to win Commonwealth Games gold when she dominated the women’s triathlon on the Gold Coast, leading from start to finish in a time of 56min 50sec.
Her achievement was voted one of the top three moments, alongside Usain Bolt’s relay performance at the 2014 Glasgow Games and Eilish McColgan’s victory in the 10,000 metres at the 2022 Birmingham Games.
