Logan Flood Earns Two Reserve Championships
Fifteen-year-old Bermudian equestrian Logan Flood earned two reserve championship titles during the Tryon International Summer Series in North Carolina.
A spokesperson said, “Fifteen-year-old Warwick Academy student Logan Flood had an impressive showing at the prestigious Tryon International Summer Series in North Carolina.
“During the first week of competition, Logan was paired up with unfamiliar mounts, Zero to Sixty and Capricho. In the 1.10m Junior Jumper Division, Logan and Capricho produced clear rounds throughout the week,claiming one first place and two third place ribbons out of 21 competitors. Her consistent performance earned her the Reserve Championship.
“Building on that success for the second week, Logan and Capricho entered the more challenging 1.20m Junior Jumper Division, a level at which Logan had never previously competed. Securing two podium finishes from three classes, including a first place and a third place, resulted in another Reserve Championship title.
“Following two weeks of impressive results and international experience gained under the guidance of Wendy Arndt of Team IEC, Logan has added valuable tools to support her continued development as an equestrian.”
