MSA Celebrates Graduating Class Of 2026
Mount Saint Agnes Academy celebrated the graduation of its 28-member Class of 2026.
A spokesperson said, “Mount Saint Agnes Academy is pleased to announce that every graduate has been accepted to a post-secondary institution. Ten of the graduates will attend Bermuda College in the fall. Eleven graduates will go to Canada, one to Thailand, four to the UK, and two to the USA.
“Collectively, the graduating class earned over $255,000 in local and international scholarships, including the Centennial Bermuda Scholarship, BFIS Undergraduate Scholarship, BELCO Scholarship, entrance scholarships from multiple universities, a BFA Award and MSA graduation awards.”
In her remarks to the graduating class, MSA Principal Anna Faria Machado stated, “Throughout your years here, you have grown not only academically, but spiritually and personally. You have discovered who you are, and perhaps more importantly, you have begun to understand who you are called to be.”
Valedictorian Callum Adams reflected on his experience at MSA, stating, “High school has been more than just classrooms, exams, and assignments…it’s also been laughter in the middle of lessons, friendships that grew out of shared stress, and moments we didn’t realize were memories while they were happening.
“We often think grades, awards, or achievements define success. But looking around today, it’s clear that success also looks like perseverance—showing up even when things get hard, learning from mistakes, and continuing anyway.”
The spokesperson said, “The class chose the theme, ‘United in Our Differences,’ which highlighted MSA’s diversity and cohesion.”
Mrs. Machado remarked, “You have learned that unity is not about sameness. It is about understanding, respecting, and uplifting one another. It is about recognizing that each person brings something unique and valuable to the community. The world needs this from you now.”
