Tyler James Claims Tryon Division Title
Bermudian equestrian Tyler James, alongside coach Wendy Arndt and Team I.E.C., continued his successful run at the Tryon International Equestrian Center Summer Series, held from July 7 to July 19.
James enjoyed a strong debut with his new mount, Case Closed 441, earning first- and second-place finishes in the 1.20m Amateur division to claim the 1.20m Division Champion title.
He also finished second on Vino Blanco in his first USHJA National Hunter Derby, narrowly missing victory in a competitive field of 27 riders.
James added another solid result with Cruise Control, placing sixth in the USHJA National Hunter Derby.
