Video: Adam Hall Helps Goldeyes Win
[Updated with video] Bermudian Adam Hall had two hits and drove in three runs as the Winnipeg Goldeyes defeated the Kansas City Monarchs 11-6 at Blue Cross Park yesterday [August 26].
Hall went two-for-five and doubled in the sixth inning before scoring when Ramón Bramasco hit a sacrifice fly to extend Winnipeg’s lead to 7-3.
He struck again in the seventh, singling to centre field to drive in Keshawn Lynch and Raphaël Pelletier as the Goldeyes opened a 10-3 advantage.
Hall also had two hits in Tuesday’s 8-3 defeat by Kansas City and stole his 41st base of the season in that game.
Winnipeg improved to 48-40 with the victory, while Kansas City fell to 52-37.
