Nesbeth, Frazzoni, Spence In Pre-Season Action
The teams of Bermudian footballers Leilanni Nesbeth, Eva Frazzoni and Jasmine Spence were in pre-season action in England and Italy.
Nesbeth came on in the 50th minute as Como Women suffered a 1-0 defeat against Genoa at the Stadio Comunale di Sondalo in Italy. The match, Como’s third friendly of the summer, was played over three 30-minute periods, with Cafferata scoring the only goal in the 36th minute.
Frazzoni’s AFC Sudbury completed their pre-season campaign with a 1-0 victory away to Barking in the UK, while Spence’s Newport Pagnell Town played to a 2-2 draw away to Higham Town in their pre-season friendly.
