Nina London hosted her ‘Radiant Flower Fashion Show and Farewell Party’, with the 61-year-old saying the “message is simple: ‘Every woman is a Radiant Flower. You can blossom again at any age, and it is always your time to shine.”

A spokesperson said, “It is never too late to bloom again! At 61, Nina London, a cancer survivor, author, has begun a new adventure: fashion. Nina presented her first Radiant Flower clothing collection during her Fashion Show in Bermuda. The models were not professionals. They were women from her Radiant Flower classes, aged 45 to 61, who stepped onto the catwalk smiling and dancing.

“For several years, Nina has led Radiant Flower classes for women. She created the practice to help women reconnect with their bodies, awaken their feminine energy, release stress and build confidence. Through movement, breathing, meditation, laughter and dance, women are encouraged to feel joyful, sensual and alive.

“The fashion show grew from the same idea. Nina believes women should feel free to wear bright colours, flowing fabrics and feminine designs at any age. The models did not try to look younger or imitate professional models. Each woman expressed her own personality and beauty.

“One of the most moving parts of the evening was seeing women who had never walked in a fashion show step forward with courage. Their smiles, laughter and energy filled the room. Friends cheered as the women walked, turned and danced in clothes that made them feel radiant.

“For Nina, the show was about much more than clothing. After overcoming cancer, she understands how precious life is and how important it is not to postpone a dream. Starting something new at 61 felt exciting and meaningful.

“With this show, Nina and her students set an example: confidence does not have an age limit. A woman can begin again, discover a new passion and express herself in a new way at any stage of life. Nina’s message is simple: ‘Every woman is a Radiant Flower. You can blossom again at any age, and it is always your time to shine.”

Speaking about this event, Ms London told Bernews, “The event will be especially meaningful to me, as my husband and I are leaving Bermuda and relocating to Thailand. It is my way to say thank you to Bermudian people and Bermuda for 14 wonderful years I was here. ”
