Penruddocke Competing In ILCA In Ireland
Adriana Penruddocke recorded two top-10 finishes on the second day of the 2026 ILCA 6 Women’s World Championship in Dun Laoghaire, Ireland, to stand 25th overall out of a field of 108 sailors.
Penruddocke — who represented Bermuda in the last Olympic Games — opened the championship with finishes of 12th, 22nd and 20th before placing 10th and eighth in the two races on day two.
With her 22nd-place result discarded, she holds 50 net points after five races and has qualified for the Gold fleet for the next stage of competition.
Charlotte Rose of the United States leads the standings with five net points, followed by Belgium’s Emma Plasschaert on seven and Denmark’s Anna Munch on 10.
