Trinae Edwards Makes Barnsley Debut
Bermuda footballer Trinae Edwards made her debut for Barnsley in their 1-0 win away to Notts County in the FA Women’s National League Division One Midlands yesterday [September 13].
The midfielder joined compatriot Aaliyah Nolan at Barnsley after signing for the South Yorkshire side from FC United of Manchester last week.
Nolan scored the winner against Notts County, with Edwards coming on as a 90th-minute substitute.
Edwards helped Bermuda win gold medals at the International Island Games in Guernsey in 2023 and Orkney last year.
