Traffic Notice For Monday’s Labour Day 5K
The Ministry of Public Works and Environment has issued a traffic notice for the Labour Day 5K, scheduled for Monday [Sept 7].
A Government spokesperson said, “The Ministry of Public Works and Environment wishes to advise motorists that the Labour Day 5K will take place on Monday, 7 September 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to approximately 10:30 a.m.
“The event will affect Dutton Avenue, Marsh Folly Road, Palmetto Road and North Shore Road. Race marshals will direct traffic along the route, and motorists are advised to exercise caution, avoid collisions with participants and follow the instructions of race marshals.
“There will be no scheduled road closures for the event.
“The Ministry of Public Works and Environment encourages the full cooperation of the motoring public and apologises for any inconvenience that may result.”
