  1. hope all are okay says:

Firstly, I hope everyone is okay. Secondly, Gas is too much of a danger and liability. Go electric. I got rid of my gas appliances and feel much safer. Another thing people don’t realize is that even if a gas installation was done correctly, it can become compromised over time if someone moves the appliance enough or in such a way as to bend or kink or snap the gas tube line, or if the regulators become loose from their wall mounts, and then hang down and can cause the gas tube lines to bend etc and become a danger if windy or storms – or if people open up their stoves and tinker with parts. Thousands of people have gas setups and most dont even think about such dangers and are oblivious to it. People just leave their cylinders in their yards and think everything works magically and could never go wrong. A neglectful person next door could have a ticking time bomb sitting next to your house because their lines or some part of their setup has become compromised over time and they dont bother or think to check their setup for safety on a regular basis.
