Horseshoe Bay has been closed to all swimmers this afternoon [Oct.3] due to dangerous surf conditions and rip currents. Roberts Denies Drug/Ammo Charges
During the Supreme Court monthly arraignment session this morning [Oct.3] 46-year-old Victor Allan Roberts pleaded not guilty to all four counts of conspiring with others to import Diamorphine, Cocaine, Cannabis, and Cannabis resin.
