The 2010 Tokio Millennium Re Triathlon was held today at Clearwater Beach in St David’s. Surprising no one, Olympic triathlete Tyler Butterfield cruised to a convincing finish after returning home from his training base in Colorado for the race. Karen Smith of Winner’s Edge put on a great performance, and was the first female over the finish line.

The event was hosted by Tokio Millennium, who sponsors Tyler.Butterfield, and in the mix today was Tatsuhiko Hoshina, the CEO of Tokio Millennium Re who competed in the running portion as part of a team.
