Bermuda made their first appearance in the Classic on the third day, walking away with a 24 – 7 win over the Montreal Irish. In the Plate Semi-Final the United States bested Italy 27 – 10, and in the Classic Semi-Final the Classic Lions defeated New Zealand 7-0.
