Bermuda-based Syncora Holdings Ltd. announced today [Feb.29] that it has posted to its website annual statements for the year ended December 31, 2011 for each of Syncora Guarantee Inc. and Syncora Capital Assurance Inc.
Syncora Holdings Ltd. is a Bermuda-domiciled holding company whose operating subsidiaries Syncora Guarantee Inc. and Syncora Capital Assurance Inc. provide financial guarantee insurance and other credit enhancement for debt obligations in the US and international capital markets.
