The Bermuda Rugby Football Union League Season continued at the National Sports Center on Saturday [Feb 24] with two Ladies and two Men’s Division games played.

In Men’s Division action the Renegades defeated the Teachers 36 – 17. The Renegades got 2 tries from Tom Healy and Greg Garside, while Jahan Cedenio and Alex Donkervoet both added a try each. Ian Henderson kicked 3 conversions, while Andre Landy scored 2 tries and Patrick Richardson added the other for the Teachers and Chris Naylor kicked 1 conversion.

Men's Rugby, Bermuda February 23 2013 (72)

The Marines defeated the Police in the other Men’s Division game 29 – 19. The Mariners got two tries from Tony Ward and single tries from Aidan Osmialowski, Ian Frith and Tony Soprano, Keith Hodgkins and Alun Thomas both kicked a conversion each. The Police got 2 tries from Paul Davis and a single try from Christian Kermode, Michael Kane kicked 2 conversions.

The Mariners Ladies and Police Ladies finished locked a 1 – 1, Susie Lacey and Deneka Bordand scored a try each for the Marines Ladies, while Mika Tomita and Jeane Hofmeyr scored a try each for the Police Ladies. The Teachers Ladies got a try from Christine Rickards as they defeated the Renegades Ladies 1 – 0.
