Photos: First Night 2013 World Rugby Classic
A large crowd turned out at the National Sports Centre last night [Nov 9] as the World Rugby Classic got underway with two matches on the opening night. The Classic runs until Saturday November 16th, with teams from Argentina, Canada, France, South Africa, Australia, and the USA set all taking part.
The first night saw two matches take place, with Argentina defeating Canada 33-20, and the Classic Lions defeating Italy 21-0. There is a break in play today, and the action resumes tomorrow with France taking on South Africa at 7.15pm, and Australia matching up against the USA at 8.30pm.
