Upcoming: Men’s Ministry Celebration 2014
St. Philip AME Church is getting set to host the Men’s Ministry Celebration 2014 event on Thursday, March 27 and Sunday, March 30, bringing together speakers from around the island in order to focus on issues facing men today.
The day will include a Men’s Fellowship Breakfast/Supper on Thursday, March 27 from 6.30pm until 9.00pm, with Reverend Leon Jennings from Vernon Temple AME Church in Southampton speaking at the gathering.
The event will continue on Sunday, March 30, with Pastor Damon E. Hendrickson from Midland Heights SDA Church to speak at 11.00am and Reverend Jahkimmo Smith from Mt. Zion AMC Church to speak at 4.00pm.
Guests at the second event will include Edward Woolridge, David Bean, and Reverend Betty L. Furbert Woolridge.
