Philpott Wins Cricket Sportsman Of The Week
The Bermuda Cricket Board [BCB] announced the winner of the weekly Chivas Cricket Sportsman Award for week 13 is Reginald Philpott.
A BCB spokesperson said, “Reginald “Pegs” Philpott has scored cricket matches for over 37 years. Despite having some transportation difficulties he always is reliable and accurate.
“He diligently records cricket games and always ensures that the scorecard is lodged on a timely basis with the BCB. For his exceptional commitment to cricket Pegs is the Chivas Sportsman of the Week.”

We need more committed and dedicated people like “Pegs” it is up to the Clubs to take the time to teach our youth and it is way past time for the former cricketers of Bermuda to give time to our youth and to those that are giving back Thank You. There was a slogan “Let’s go Bermuda” here is a new one “Let’s go Bermuda Teach and Lead our Youth in everything Positive”.
