Photos, Video: Berkeley Institute Dance Concert
The Berkeley Institute Dance Programme hosted two nights of dance this past weekend, where attendees were treated to an enjoyable set of dance performances each night.
Funds raised from the dance concert will go towards developing the dance programme, workshops, costumes, documentation and advertising, and part of the proceeds will also assist some of the dance students in attending The Regional High School Dance Festival in Norfolk, Virginia this week.

The group will join over one thousand other students and teachers for a weekend of performances, workshops and lectures. College, university and summer program recruiters host an informational fair and students have the opportunity to audition for scholarships and acceptance into programs.
The Berkeley Institute Dance Programme Director Nikia Manders said, “The dance concert combines various styles of dance, GCSE dance pieces and student choreography. The Dance Programme continues to raise the standard for Dance Education in Bermuda and provide opportunities to our students.”
