Samuelsson Recipe: Fish Chowder Croquettes

Acclaimed chef Marcus Samuelsson posted a recipe for “Bermudian Fish Chowder Croquettes” on his website, saying the Croquettes will be one of the signature dishes at the new restaurant set to open at the Hamilton Princess on May 27th.

“I’m so excited about this new endeavor and recipe that I had to share prior to our opening,” he said. “The snapper from Bermuda is so fresh and delicious that I’m constantly thinking up new ways to highlight the fish.”

The recipe calls for scallops, snapper, potatoes, chorizo, garlic cloves, chives, mayonnaise, mustard, eggs, corn starch, salt and more. To see the full recipe visit here on Chef Samuelsson’s website.
