Bermuda Rugby Football Union League Results
It was another busy day at the National Sports Center as the Bermuda Rugby Football Union’s season continued.
In Women’s 1st Team League, the Renegades defeated the Mariners 2 – 0, the Renegades got tries from Rachel Jenkins and Melissa Franklin.
The Police defeated the Teachers 4 – 3, Jo Murray scored all four tries for the Police, while the Teachers got 2 tries from Najee Pitt-Clarke and one from Emily Sinclair.
In Women’s 2nd Team League , the Police and Renegades played to a 1 – 1 draw, Mika Tomita scored the Police try, while Elaine McHugh scored the Renegades try.
In the Men’s 1st XV League, the Renegades blew away the Mariners 74 – 10. The Renegades got 3 tries from Paul Kelly, Tom Healy and Jamie Baum, while Brian Archibald, Rich Cumbers and Conor McGlynn all added a try each, Archibald kicked 7 Conversions. Chakote Wainwright-Basden scored a try for the Mariners, while Jacques De Vertueil kicked a Conversion and Penalty.
