Court: Men Plead Guilty Taking Part In A Fight
Appearing in Magistrates Court, 25-year-old Clarke Fox and 25-year-old Alzado Minks-Cole pleaded guilty to taking part in a fight on Parliament Street in Hamilton.
The Crown’s evidence was that the two men had been seen fighting on Front Street with their activity moving on to Parliament Street. Police intervened, separated them, and arrested both.
Magistrate Khamisi Tokunbo fined each man $500.
