West Pembroke Win BSSF Primary Netball

West Pembroke Primary School got a last-minute goal from Xaana Green to edge past Northlands Primary School 1 – 0 in the final of the Bermuda School Sports Federations Primary School Netball Tournament at Bernard Park.

Northlands held a lion’s share of the possession in the match but was unable to turn their possession into goals. Green was on hand to score four goals as West Pembroke defeated Somerset Primary 5-2 in the Semi-Final, Jazya Briber-Peets scored the fifth.

Cammie Mills scored both for Somerset Primary, Northlands got three goals apiece from Nevaeh Barclay and Sanna Grant as Northlands won 6-1 over Bermuda High School in the other Semi-Final. Hannah Taylor scored BHS’ lone goal.
