Sunday, September 9 is expected to see scattered showers and thunderstorms, with the high to be near 29°C/84°F and the low to be near 26°C/78°F, according to Weather Underground.

Winds are expected to be WSW. The relative humidity is expected to be near 77%.

Sunrise will be at 6.58am and sunset will be at 7.32pm. High tide will be at 8.47am and 9.13pm, while low tide will be at 2.48am and 3.02pm.

The Bermuda Weather Service’s forecast for Sunday says, “Mostly cloudy with occasional showers and risk of thunder. Winds variable light, settling northeasterly light to moderate in the afternoon, winds may be temporarily variable strong around showers. High near 27°C/80°F, low near 24°C/75°F. Clear sky UV Index forecast – 8 or very high.”

In addition, Tropical Storm Florence is a “potential threat to Bermuda”, the Bermuda Weather Service said, with its closest point of approach to Bermuda within 72 hrs forecast to be 363 nm to the south at 6am on Tuesday [Sept 11] with the BWS noting that “this system may move closer to Bermuda after this time period.”
