Video: Sunday Jan 6th ‘Good News’ Spotlight
News that Jessica Lewis ended 2018 ranked number one in the world in the women’s 100m T53, Chef Chiko fed hundreds of people and raised funds with his annual Christmas event, Bermudian singer Nkosi Hollis released his song “Warrior,” and Inside Edition dubbed Marc Daniels ‘Father Of The Year’ were all some of the positive news stories from the past week.
In additional good news, Kai Legband was named the CCSA Swimmer of Week, Scott Barnes won on the Daytona Motor Speedway, the Generation Next Youth Movement Series featured Tori Lanae Cariah, and the sport-oriented Millett family was highlighted.
We also posted various community photo galleries, including coverage of PHC winning the Friendship Trophy, Harness Pony Racing action, the Top 10 Bernews “Photos of the Day,” and New Year’s Eve celebrations in St. George’s.
