One Communications April Share Repurchases
In a filing with the Bermuda Stock Exchange [BSX], One Communications Ltd., advised that pursuant to its share repurchase programme, during the month of April 2019 the company repurchased 11,202 of its common shares at an average price of $3.50 for immediate cancellation.
