Court: Man Facing Firearm Importation Charges

A 37-year-old man will have his case heard in Supreme Court, with the defendant facing three firearm importation charges.
James Rumley, 37, of both Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Sandys, is facing three counts of bringing in firearm components without a licence.
Magistrates Court heard that Mr Rumley allegedly brought in gun parts on June 3, 2019 and October 14, 2019.
He was remanded in custody until the December Supreme Court arraignments session.
