Jeneko Place Captures 5th In Singapore
16-year-old Cedarbridge student Jeneko Place has captured a 5th place finish in the finals of the 2010 Youth Olympics being held in Singapore. Running in Lane 7, the island`s top teenager sprinter finished in a time of 21.50. Jeneko ran .26 of a second faster than his qualifying time, and finished .28 of a second behind Gold Medalist Zhenye Xie from China.
