Driver Strikes Parked Car, Injures Arm

A 27-year-old man who struck a parked car was arrested this morning (Oct 24) as he was suspected of driving under the influence, however he passed the alco-analyser test.

The incident occurred at approximately 4:30am this morning on North Shore Road in Devonshire near Lookout Lane. The Police say that it appears that the man was driving a car along North Shore Road when he somehow struck an unoccupied parked car.

The driver sustained a minor arm injury, and both vehicles were extensively damaged.
