Fuel Price Hikes Announced

The Ministry of Finance announced across-the-board hikes for the price of gasoline, diesel and kerosene this week [Jan. 14]. The maximum price of gas went up by 1.6 cents per litre, diesel jumped by 3 cents while kerosene increased by 2.8 cents.

As a consequence of these increases, the maximum retail prices to be charged at the pumps for petroleum products will be: $1.918 per litre for gasoline, $1.75 for diesel and $1.475 for kerosene.
