27-Year-Old Charged: Stun Gun

In Magistrates Court this morning, before Magistrate Archie Warner, 27-year-old Earl Basden, pleaded not guilty to a charge of possessing a stun gun.

The charge alleged that the weapon was in his possession on 27th May 2011. He pleaded not guilty, and appears for trial in September 2011.
